*Please remember that the Class Recording is an extra bonus and not actually part of your subscription – so if for any reason Zoom fails to record properly it will not be available. Sorry.

POLICY & PROCEDURE

• You must be paid in full before attending any class or workshop.
• All classes are live online via Zoom. We communicate about classes using WhatsApp.
• You will have to Download the Zoom App onto your device to be able to join us.
• 5 minutes before each class starts, we will send you on WhatsApp class group a Zoom invitation link including your ID and password to be able to join the class.
• Please do your best to be in time for class. It does distract the class if you are late.
• Our WhatsApp phone # 16474018687 – MESSAGE US HERE TO ADD YOU TO THE GROUP.
• If you will be missing a class, inform us in advance.
• All of your classes must be used before the end of the session or be forfeited.
• You need to mute your microphone during the class. But you can unmute yourself any time to ask relevant questions, then muted back again once you are done.
• No recording is allowed during the class. Classes will be recorded, and the link to watch it again will be provided. So if you miss a class you will have the recording the next day to watch and practise with.

PAYMENT

• All Payments are non-refundable
• Registration is not transferable to another person
• Make-Up classes can be done any time before your plan’s or class card’s expiration date.
  Any classes unused after the expiration date will be forfeited.

CHANGING CLASSES
If you find that your class is too easy or too hard, or if you no longer can do classes on a certain day, speak with your instructor or email egyptiandanceacademy@gmail.com and we will help you switch over to a class that is better suited for you.

MAKING-UP MISSED CLASSES
We understand that things happen and it is possible to miss a class. If you happen to miss a class, you can make-up that class before your class card expiry date, or if you have purchased a whole session, before the end of the session. You are able to attend any class, of your level or lower, as long as the class has room. We recommend that you make sure that the class is not full before coming to the studio. You can email us at egyptiandanceacademy@gmail.com, check the website for classes or call 647 401 8687. Calling will give you the most up to date information.

CANCELLATIONS
In case of inclement weather, we cancel classes when the Toronto Public School board closes downtown schools. Notices will be put on the home page of this website as well as on our voice mail. Please call us if you are wondering whether we will cancel classes or not.
