For a private lesson in your home or other venue, price is based on distance from downtown
Private lessons include: Brief performance by instructor, learning moves you can impress your friend's with and a hip scarf loan for all party members to wear during the lesson.
SOLO PERFORMANCES (20 - 30 minutes):

Outside of Downtown Toronto*: $250

*Events located within Mississauga, Scarborough, East York, North York, Thornhill, and Etobicoke are considered "Outside of Downtown Toronto". Events located in Richmond Hill, Caledon, Halton, Ajax, Pickering, Vaughn, Woodbridge, Brampton, and Hamilton are subject to a charge of $50 per half hour travel time.

Q: What do I get in the performance?
A: Tons of fun, professional entertainment, glamour, audience interaction, and wonderful memories!
A typical performance includes an exciting entrance piece with riveting rhythm changes. Following that, the dancer will invite the guests of honour up to dance with her (always in a tasteful, fun manner) to an upbeat song. Depending on your desires, she will get the audience engaged in more interactive fun, or perform beautiful solo dances to specially selected music or combine the two. Shows always end with a rousing and amazing drum solo dance. Our belly dancers frequently dance with a veil and finger cymbals. Hannan's dancers' costumes and presentation are of the best quality available.
Q: How long is the performance?
A: Through years of experience, we have found that the absolute best length for a belly dance performance is twenty minutes. If your event requires longer than a twenty minute performance, please contact us for a consultation. The rate usually will not change an extra ten minutes or so, but please be advised much over twenty minutes is overkill for your guests and will not be appreciated by the audience.
Q: I am looking for a performer for a bachelor party, are your belly dancers available?
A: Sorry, neither Hannan nor any of her dancers perform for any all-male audiences under any circumstances. If you wouldn't want your children in the audience, then we won't be performing at the event.
Q: I am looking for a belly dancer to be a surprise for the bride and groom at the wedding, could I hire one of your dancers?
A: No, Hannan and her dancers only perform at weddings with the prior consent (and happy anticipation) of the bride and groom.
Q: What else do I need to know?
A: Please tell the Studio Manager who the contact person is who will take the dancer's cd and direct her to changing room.
Performers require a clean room to change in that locks.
If you would like an exciting show (versus a costumed dancer for atmosphere), a 10 foot by 10 foot level floor is required. Please tell us the material of the floor surface.
Your sound system must be loud enough to drown out any conversation and must be audible in all corners of the room. A boom box does not typically satisfy the needs of a performance.
Please tell Hannan what type of event this is, and what the cultural background of the majority of the guests is. This will help her in selecting her music.
Please give the performer an accurate arrival and performance time. Over 1/2 hour we must charge per every 15 minutes over the amount of time booked.
A non refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold the date for special event performances.
